JP served in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry from 2005 to 2013, completing three overseas deployments before finishing his service as a warfighting and tactics instructor in Quantico. A lifelong musician, he transitioned into the music industry, performing with multiple bands while developing his expertise in recording and sound engineering. With over a decade of experience as a skilled sound engineer, JP has honed a finely tuned technical ear, mastering both studio and live mixing to create exceptional audio experiences. As a veteran of both the military and the music industry, he brings an unwavering dedication to excellence, discipline, and attention to detail—qualities that set Vanguard Productions apart. Beyond his professional work, JP remains committed to supporting fellow veterans, volunteering with multiple veteran charities while raising his two young sons in North Texas.

With over 20 years of professional live stage experience, Clay is a seasoned performer and production specialist with a deep-rooted passion for music. His career spans a diverse range of live event environments, from intimate corporate productions to large-scale stadium concerts. In addition to performing, he has worked extensively in the A/V and staging industry, honing his expertise in sound engineering, lighting design, and event logistics. His deep understanding of live production, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences, makes him an invaluable leader at Vanguard Productions. Driven by dedication and technical excellence, Clay ensures every event meets the highest industry standards. Coming from a proud military family, Clay is committed to supporting veterans through his work with charities and service organizations, using his platform to give back to those who served.
